Horoscope Taurus December 2020
Last year was a time for travel, education and the expansion of intellectual horizons. It was a year of inner growth and preparation. This year is for your career, where everything you learned last year gets tested and;put to use. The theoretical must be made practical, the abstract made concrete.
All of you are going to have a banner career year in 2020. Those of you who prepared yourselves in the last year – through education and the like – will have greater success than those who did not.
You are more in a position to handle the promotions, the responsibilities and the new challenges to come.
But even those of you who did not prepare are going to find new career opportunities and new career horizons opening up. Many of you will be leaving old jobs for new and better ones – and probably in unexpected and sudden ways.
When Uranus moved into Aquarius the last year a long-term trend of change was initiated for all.
Taureans. Those of you born early in the Sign (20th to 25th April) feel it most intensely this year, but it is going to happen for all of you as the years go by.
This is a basically positive thing and leads you – eventually – to your true life’s work and your true dreams. But in the process there are some phenomena that you should be aware of. If you understand them you can flow with them and not be unduly disturbed.
First off you have a tremendous feeling of restlessness, rebellion, dissatisfaction with the status quo. There’s an itch somewhere deep inside that you just can’t scratch.
Now restlessness and the urge for change are not that significant to most people. Geminis, Ariens and Aquarians have these feelings all the time and handle them well.
But for Taurus, this is a big deal. The Taurus dislikes change, craving instead the status quo, and disliking anything that will disrupt it.
So here, in a nutshell, you have the origin of your feelings of discomfort and disquiet. It’s like being caught between a rock and a hard place.
If I try to go with the changes then my basic self feels uncomfortable; if I resist the changes then that inner itch nags me. What should I do?
The planets will give you no rest until you establish (your) Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. Only the highest and the best will do. No compromising.
You will need courage (which you have) and flexibility (which you need to develop) and a sensitive ear to intuition (some of you have it and some will learn it)
You will need to lose your fear of the unknown and lose your fear of change. Only through change will you attain your highest happiness. The status quo won’t bring it to you.
If you flow with the change there will be less trauma. If you resist (which is your normal inclination) the changes can be explosive and traumatic.
You will make mistakes along the way, make a few poor choices, experiment in unnecessary ways, etc. – this goes with the territory. But this is still preferable to suffocating in the miasma of an unsatisfying status quo.
Launch out into the deep waters, Taurus, the unknown is as lawful as the known. What seems like the risky way is often the safest.
